These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ok bajj platform and all related services. This document forms a legal agreement between ok bajj and the user receiving its services. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All ok bajj services — casino games, sports betting and others — are for individuals aged 21 or above only. ok bajj reserves the right to verify information provided at registration. If identified as underage, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same banking details, or created from the same device are prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be closed and any pending winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms. If any information changes, it must be updated immediately through account settings or by notifying the support team.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the ok bajj support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all transactions and betting activities carried out from their account. If you claim that an unauthorised person used your account, ok bajj will investigate but will not accept liability for any loss if adequate security measures were not in place.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

ok bajj will communicate its policy on long-term inactive accounts through a separate notice. If an inactive account holds a balance, it can be withdrawn by logging back in; however, decisions regarding the account after a set period remain at ok bajj's discretion.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ok bajj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). The correct reference number must be provided at the time of deposit — ok bajj will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Process

Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, identity verification, account review, or other reasons may cause some additional delay.

Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same mobile number used for the deposit — withdrawal requests to third-party numbers are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Security

All payment transactions are secured through SSL encryption. ok bajj will never ask for direct bank account details or card information. If anyone requests this information, it may be fraudulent — notify the support team immediately.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ok bajj's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given on the net loss each week. Example for a Gold member: a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 gives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts or artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be subject to investigation.

Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

ok bajj sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market and game. These limits may vary depending on the game type, event, and market liquidity. If a bet is not acceptable, a message will be shown on screen.

6.2 Bet Settlement

In sports betting, results are settled according to defined rules. If a match is abandoned or suspended, the related bet will be considered void and returned to the wallet. For bets placed during live betting due to delays or technical issues, ok bajj reserves the right to make the final decision.

6.3 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on ok bajj are operated by third-party game providers. RTP (Return to Player) values vary by game. If there is a dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs will be checked before a decision is made.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bajj platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain a betting advantage
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them
• Operating an account under another person's identity
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the ok bajj platform
• Fraudulent behaviour or manipulation attempts towards other users

If any of the above violations are detected, ok bajj reserves the right to close the account, cancel all winnings, and take action in accordance with applicable law.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ok bajj

In cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or illegal activity, ok bajj may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned after investigation, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closure, you must wait for pending bets to be settled and withdraw any remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

ok bajj is not liable in any case for financial losses arising from betting or gaming. ok bajj also accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions, or third-party service failures.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be used as the basis for financial decisions. It is your own responsibility to bet consciously and within your means.
